Learn all about one of the places where California Modern architecture began, The Neutra VDL Studio/Residences. This experimental live-work space was built by pioneer modernist Richard Neutra in three stages in 1932,1940 and 1966. The site provides photographs, plans, oral histories and text telling you what it's all about how to visit it.
