Haunted Little Tokyo Block Party (Oct. 29, 2022)
The Little Tokyo Ghost Club presents the 6th annual Haunted Little Tokyo Block Party from 6pm to midnight on Saturday, October 29. Ghosts and ghouls are invited to explore Downtown LA's most historic neighborhood after dark and experience Little Tokyo like never before. Discover the secret event location to unveil a spooktacular scene including costume contests, a DJ playing wicked tunes, and a bevy of fangtastic food and beverages to purchase from Little Tokyo’s most spellbinding businesses.
Entrance is free with RSVP at HauntedLittleTokyo.com. RSVP by 9pm on Friday, October 28. The secret Block Party location will be shared upon check-in at Brunswig Square (360 E. 2nd Street, Los Angeles 90012). The Haunted Little Tokyo Block Party is a 21+ event.

Lucha VaVOOM: Bienvenido a la Twilight Zone (Oct. 27-28, 2022)
"There is a dimension beyond that which is known to ordinary mortals. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity—a place of epic throwdowns and steamy burlesque—of madness and ecstasy, of hallucination and hypnosis. This is the dimension of imagination. This is… Lucha VaVOOM!"
Bienvenido a la Twilight Zone is taking over the Mayan Theatre in Downtown LA on Thursday and Friday, October 27-28. Tickets are on sale at the Lucha VaVOOM website. Doors open for this 21+ event at 7pm and the show starts at 8pm.

Cinespia: "Bram Stoker's Dracula" - Los Angeles Theatre (Oct. 29, 2022)
Will you cross "oceans of time" to watch Gary Oldman as Count Dracula and Wynona Ryder as his love Mina? On Saturday, October 29, Cinespia is screening Bram Stoker's Dracula at the Los Angeles Theatre - an appropriately opulent setting for Francis Ford Coppola's ravishing 1992 film. The evening includes DJ sets, full bars, and Keanu Reeves' horrifying British accent. NOTE: Dapper vampire costumes or gothic glamour formal attire are required for entry. 21 and over.

GPS Horror House - Globe Theatre (Oct. 22, 2022)
The dynamic DJ duo of Alex Acosta and Arno Diem will hit the decks at GPS Horror House, taking place at the historic Globe Theatre on Saturday, October 22. Tickets on sale at the GPS website, with VIP options available. 9pm - 4am, 21 and over.

Halloweenie 16 - Belasco Theatre (Oct. 28, 2022)
Now in its 16th year, Fred & Jason's Halloweenie is taking over the historic Belasco Theatre in Downtown LA on Friday, October 28. Billed as "the largest, loudest and sexiest annual gay Halloween fundraiser in Los Angeles," Halloweenie 16 features two dance floors, world renowned DJs, feverish dancing, multiple bars, celebs, killer photo ops, private cabanas and more. Proceeds from the “Party with a Purpose” benefit Project Angel Food.

Clifton's Republic: The Afterlife (Oct. 28-29, 2022)
Journey beyond the grave to The Afterlife at Clifton's Republic, where spirits, ghouls, ghosts and the undead of every possible persuasion will haunt five floors of the spectacular Downtown LA venue. This two-day Halloween costume ball beckons you to celebrate the hereafter— and come as you’re chosen being from the dead (or undead) be it ghost, vampire, spirit, sprite, or mythical creature.
Enjoy bewitching performances from world-class artists, performers, tarot, ouija, magic, and very special surprises summoned by Clifton's many gifted eccentrics. The spirits have awakened the Cabinet of Curiosities and a new season of wonder has begun.

The Killer Clown Carnival - Otium (Oct. 28-30, 2022)
Located next to The Broad, Otium is hosting the Killer Clown Carnival on October 28-30. Brought to you by the team behind the American Psycho dinners, the immersive experience includes carnival-inspired canapés and cocktails on the garden patio; a chef's tasting menu in the Hope Street Dining Room; and a sweet spread of takeaways. Be prepared for twists and turns throughout the evening as your host, Hungry the Killer Clown guides you through a night of bites and frights. Tickets are $275 per person and on sale at the Otium website.

The Mermaid (October 2022)
Little Tokyo favorite The Mermaid is celebrating Halloween all month long with cocktails for a cause, benefitting the nonprofit Paws of LA Rescue. The featured cocktails include: Squad Ghouls (Redemption Rye, ginger, cinnamon, peach, lemon), Haunt Mess (Redemption Rye, apple cider, hard cider) and Witch Please (Redemption Rye, figs, Peychauds Bitters).
On Tuesday through Saturday, Soseji pops up at The Mermaid with pork belly rice sausages and Asian street dogs.

Here & Now (October 2022)
Arts District favorite Here & Now is getting in the spirit of the season all month with the H&N Ecto Cooler (Fords Gin, Midori, pandan, orange, lemon, yuzu bitters, Mr. Stay-Puft Marshmallow Foam) and the Nine Lives, a hot apple cider with bourbon, Irish whiskey, maple, and pecan bitters. Hotel Who? - Hotel Normandie (October 2022)
Described as "LA's first overnight immersive experience," Hotel Who? is taking place every weekend in October at the historic Hotel Normandie. Travel back to 1929 for this murder mystery inspired by true events.
Check-in from 3pm to 4pm and meet the characters of Hotel Who. Keep your notepad close for cocktail hour in the lounge at 6pm, followed by a three-course dinner with drink pairing and live music from 7:30pm to 9pm. After dinner you have until 11pm to collect clues and interview the characters of the Hotel Who? in a scavenger hunt. The murderer will be revealed the next morning during brunch at Cassell's from 10am to 11:30am.

Catch One (October 2022)
The legendary Catch One is hosting Halloween-themed parties all month, including: Preciosa Night (Oct. 15), Diwali: Bollywood Costume Party with DJ Prashant (Oct. 21), Haunted Mansion (Oct. 22), LA Rock Collective Halloween Rock Party (Oct. 23), Fright Night (Oct. 27), CARNAVAL PARII Costume Party (Oct. 27), Bad Moon Rising (Oct. 28), Big Gay Party: Monster Ball (Oct. 29), Hyperpunk Halloween (Oct. 30), and ShamRock Studios: The Halloween Show (Oct. 31).

Anything Can Happen on Halloween - Zebulon (Oct. 31, 2022)
On Halloween Night, Zebulon is hosting Anything Can Happen On Halloween, a FREE concert featuring an all-star lineup of tribute bands: The Stop Stops (as The Go Go's), Fart Time Funks (TV Personalities), LAX (X), and Uh Huh Her (PJ Harvey). Girls On Film will be on the 1s and 2s. Doors at 8pm, 21 and over.

Fright Night Halloween Party - The Godfrey (Oct. 29, 2022)
Located in the red-hot Vinyl District, The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood is hosting its inaugural Fright Night Halloween Party on the 12,000 square-foot I|O Rooftop, which will be decked out with a spooky Stranger Things-themed entrance, skeletons, spiders, and more. Fright Night features two premium open bars with specialty cocktails like Cannibalism (mezcal, jalapeño tequila, cherry juice, OJ), Bloody Vampire (vodka, cranberry juice, cherry juice, candy teeth) and an Apple Cider Sidecar with cider, cognac, and Cointreau. The all-inclusive ticket includes DJs, photobooth, food stations, and a costume contest.

The landmark Hollywood Roosevelt is hosting Halloween at Tropicana, featuring Top 40/Open Format DJs, state-of-the-art sound and lighting with LED wall, full bars and food for purchase, and room packages.

Black Lagoon - Lost Property (October 2022)
Founded by Erin Hayes and Kelsey Ramage, Black Lagoon is popping up all month at Lost Property from 7pm to 2am on Tuesday-Sunday. The scary good drinks include the Blood Rave (Sombra Mezcal, Hornitos Tequila, beets, falernum, lime, Scrappy's Bitters), the Screaming Banshee (Botanist Gin, pineapple, apricot, fizzed out with bitters) and the deadly Holy Diver, which serves 3-4: Lot No. 40 Dark Oak Rye, overproof rum, coconut, and grapefruit. Dead Rock Stars Party - Grandmaster Recorders (Oct. 28, 2022)
Party like a rock star as Grandmaster Recorders celebrates the music of icons David Bowie, Amy Winehouse, Kurt Cobain, Freddie Mercury, Prince, Whitney Houston and more at their inaugural Dead Rock Stars Halloween Party. Come dressed as your favorite music icon and rock out on Friday, October 28 on the Grandmaster Recorders Rooftop.

Cypress Hill: Haunted Hill - Hollywood Palladium (Oct. 29, 2022)
Hip-hop legends Cypress Hill return to the stage with their annual Haunted Hill show - a very special homecoming gig at the Hollywood Palladium on Saturday, October 29. Joining Cypress Hill will be Everlast, Fishbone and N8NOFACE. Described by frontman B-Real as "one of the most important gigs Cypress Hill play annually," this year's event marks the 28th installment of the group's Halloween tradition, and the first Haunted Hill since 2019.

13th Ghostly Halloween Ball - Bar Sinister (Oct. 29, 2022)
The flagship Saturday night party at Boardner's in Hollywood, Bar Sinister is hosting the 13th Ghostly Halloween Ball on October 29. Live performances by God Module and Heathen Apostles, with DJs PYRCE & Bruce Perdew (Blue Mondays) on the Main Dance Floor and JPEG in the Boardner's Bar.
The entire historic venue will be fully decorated by Genna Sharpe with four full bars, spooky go-gos, fetish models and sexy slaves. "Fabulously Fetish, Erotically & Decadently Dead or Ghost or Demon Attire Expected" but all costumes are welcome. Costume contest with $300 first prize.

Academy LA (Oct. 29 & 31, 2022)
One of LA's top EDM nightclubs, Academy LA presents a live performance by Said the Sky on Saturday, October 29. On Halloween Night, Insomniac welcomes LA-based Australian DJ and producer Wax Motif, with support from BRKLYN and Isaac Civil. Tickets and tables on sale at Academy LA.

Haunted Hotel - SLS Hotel (Oct. 29, 2022)
Paris at Night and Above the Clouds present Haunted Hotel, taking place on Saturday, October 29 at the SLS Beverly Hills. General Admission tickets are on sale at Eventbrite. Table options include Regular for up to five people ($500 bottle service minimum) and Deluxe for up to ten ($1,000 minimum). 9pm - 2am, 21 and over. Costumes are not required but strongly encouraged.

Fast Times - Whisky a Go Go (Oct. 31, 2022)
On Halloween Night, the legendary Whisky a Go Go is hosting Fast Times, an all-ages '80s party. Expect wild hair, keytar, and all the stick twirls you can handle with more than 100 '80s classics from dance to hip hop and hair metal. The Whisky is giving away $600 in costume contest prizes, so dress to impress!
Tickets start at $10 for General Admission, with table options for 2, 4 and 6 people. Doors at 8pm.

RL Grime's Halloween: Dead Space - Kia Forum (Oct. 27, 2022)
Trap music star RL Grime presents his second annual Halloween concert, featuring a spine-chilling live performance of his eagerly anticipated Halloween mix. RL Grime’s Halloween: Dead Space will be taking over the Kia Forum on Thursday, October 27.
