The images on the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (“LA Tourism”) photography and video website (“Images”) may be used only to promote travel and tourism to Los Angeles. The Images are licensed on a non-exclusive basis and are intended for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY, for the PROMOTION OF LOS ANGELES. You agree to cease use of any Images immediately upon notification by LA Tourism that your use of the Images violates the terms of this license as set forth above.
By downloading Images from this website, you agree to the terms of this license. The Images are licensed without warranties of rights protection and on a non-exclusive basis. Use of one or more of the Images in a manner that is contrary to a restriction stated in this license is prohibited. You agree to indemnify and hold LA Tourism harmless against any claim for damages, losses, or any costs, including attorneys' fees, arising in any manner whatsoever from the unauthorized use of any Images supplied to you by LA Tourism or for your breach of any of the terms of this agreement. This license expires one year after any Images are downloaded.
