This marks the first time the HelmsBriscoe Annual Business Conference will be held in Los Angeles, bringing over 1,500 global industry partners together and further solidifying the city’s position as a premier destination for meetings and events
Los Angeles, CA (April 27, 2026)—Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (Los Angeles Tourism), in partnership with the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Convention Center, is proud to welcome the 2026 HelmsBriscoe Annual Business Conference (ABC) to the Los Angeles Convention Center from April 27-30. The Annual Business Conference brings together hundreds of top meetings and events professionals from around the globe to network, learn, and drive future business opportunities.
“We’re grateful to HelmsBriscoe for placing their confidence and trust in our City of Angels for their 2026 Annual Business Conference,” said Adam Burke, President & CEO of Los Angeles Tourism. “When top meeting professionals choose LA to host their event, it speaks to the strength of our infrastructure, hotel offerings and world-class activities that contribute to an exceptional attendee experience. Meetings and events are among the most impactful contributors to our local economy, and we look forward to showcasing what makes Los Angeles one of the world’s premier group destinations.”
The 2026 HelmsBriscoe ABC marks the first time Los Angeles will host the conference, providing a unique opportunity to demonstrate LA’s ability to deliver seamless, high-impact events, all while showcasing the city’s dynamic blend of culture, creativity and accessibility. From the Los Angeles Convention Center campus, including the adjacent L.A. LIVE, to world‑class dining, iconic entertainment, and vibrant neighborhoods, Los Angeles offers an unmatched setting for meaningful connections, all connected by an expanding transit network that makes it easy to navigate the city.
The HelmsBriscoe Annual Business Conference will take place in the Los Angeles Convention Center, which is currently undergoing a transformative renovation slated for completion in spring 2029. This investment is expected to generate more than 15,000 jobs, contribute $652 million in General Fund tax revenue over 30 years and drive more than $150 million in additional visitor spending. Designed with the future of meetings in mind, the investment ensures Los Angeles remains a first-choice destination.
“We’re thrilled to bring our flagship gathering to Los Angeles,” said HelmsBriscoe Founder & CEO, Roger Helms. “Los Angeles is a city full of vibrance, and we’re excited for our attendees to experience the energy first-hand. We value our partnership with the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board and are confident that this forward-thinking city will provide an inspiring backdrop for our attendees to create a lasting impact across our network.”
As one of the most creative and diverse cities, Los Angeles offers an unmatched canvas for meetings and events. From working film studios and open-air stadiums to historic theaters and impressive entertainment just steps away from the Los Angeles Convention Center, planners can design experiences found nowhere else.
With upcoming global events, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Los Angeles continues to demonstrate its ability to successfully host complex, high-profile gatherings, reinforcing confidence for meeting planners and attendees alike.
