•  Los Angeles ranked 6th among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 73.3%, down -2.0% compared to January 2017 (74.8%).
•  Los Angeles ADR was $172.26 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +3.8% compared to January 2017 ($165.99).
•  Los Angeles RevPAR was $126.32 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +1.7% compared to January 2017 ($124.21).
•  Rooms nights sold were 2.33 million countywide, up +2.1% over January 2017 (2.29 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (81.6%) reported the highest occupancy rate for the month.
