•  Los Angeles ranked 3rd place among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 75.1%, down -0.8% compared to the same period last year (75.6%).
•  Los Angeles ADR was $165.39 and ranked 6th among the Top 25 Markets, up +1.9% compared to the same period last year ($162.38).
•  Los Angeles RevPAR was $124.13 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +1.1% compared to the same period last year ($122.81).
•  Rooms nights sold were 2.30 million countywide, down -0.5% over January 2016 (2.31 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (83.1%) and the South Bay (78.6%) reported the highest occupancy rate for the month.
