TMD Hotel Video Disclaimer

Disclaimer: Hotels that cancel the shoot date within 72 hours or if the crew is delayed for shooting due to the hotel not being ready, the individual hotel property will be responsible for a $1,500 cancellation/delay fee. In addition, if your hotel has already given final approvals on the video edit, the re-edit fee (ie - changes to script/voiceover, edits, etc), is $500 per hour with a minimum of one hour per re-edit. All material and footage shot within the hotel property can be used by Los Angeles Tourism for the length of the marketing effort or for a minimum of five years.
