Piero Selvaggio is renowned for his hospitality and his deep wine list. He opened on the eastern border of Santa Monica in 1972 and has utilized a number of different chefs since then, and yet, the restaurant endures. Current chef Nicola Chessa is making inventive dishes like pappardelle al cioccolato, chocolate pasta with lobster meat and cherry tomato sauce.
