Rascal is a local restaurant that caters to the neighborhood, better known as a neighborhood Hang. Located at the corner of La Brea and Eight in Mid-City, Los Angeles Rascal offers Casual American Fare from Chef Andy Lee; steak frites, Rascal burgers, grilled tilapia, shrimp roll sandwich, short ribs over tater tots and more, all served up with craft beer, selected wines by the glass and house-made sangria.
