More than 80 years ago, this Hollywood Boulevard institution opened its doors—and filled its tables with big-name celebrities such as Shirley Temple, Spencer Tracy and Cary Grant—only to close up shop by the mid ‘50s. In 2001, the restaurant reopened with much the same style it exuded in its heyday. The menu spotlights American and British classics with a light California twist.
