Our menu features authentic flavors from several regions of Mexico, including three-hour slow roasted Birria, seasoned with two different types of chiles and baked for two hours; Colorido sauce with blended aji peppers simmered to perfection; corn and flour tortillas made by hand and pressed with cilantro; signature enchiladas smothered in tangy tomatillo sauce and cheese; guacamole seasoned to your liking; and salsa made fresh daily.
