Katsuya takes "see-and-be-seen" literally as can't-take-your-eye-off-them patrons gaze at giant eyes, and vice versa. Chef Katsuya Uechi's cuisine (spicy albacore sashimi with crispy onion, miso-marinated black cod in hoba leaf) is equally eye-catching.
