Tuscan Owner and Chef Giordio Baldi opened this cozy, casual and romantic Italian restaurant in 1990. Today, it is still family-run and remains true to the ideals of "simplicity, authenticity, the love for tradition, and full respect for our customers." A favorite of celebrities, this haunt provides seasonal specials such as carpaccio with white truffle sauce as well as risotto with truffle oil and Fontina cheese. If, like many patrons, you can't seem to get enough of the flavorful, homemade sauces here, there's good news: you can also purchase bottled versions at many fine stores.
