That’s tango music you are listening to in this Deco, old world dining room, which features the cuisine of Argentina. Start with matambre, literally “kill hunger”, a terrific egg and sausage stuffed beef roll, and progress to churrasco, the famed barbecue from the Pampas. The entrana, or skirt steak, is memorable, but for a real blowout, have a parillada for two, featuring sausage, sweetbreads, and several cuts of beef. Bottles of chimichurri, a garlic and green herb sauce, are sold at the register.
