On Hollywood Boulevard, it’s mostly pizza by the slice joints and sceney, velvet rope style eateries, which is why locals cheered the arrival of this sharp, modern diner, which fills a void between those two extremes. While it is possible to eat very healthy here, it’s the burgers, thick shakes (including one made with toasted pecan) and sweets that seem to get most of the accolades.
