Hotel Indigo Downtown Los Angeles


InterContinental Hotels Group will debut Hotel Indigo Downtown Los Angeles, a hip 350-room hotel being built at the end of 2016. The 18-story Hotel Indigo will be the flagship hotel at Metropolis, a $1 billion mixed-use development which will feature three residential towers and a curated retail experience. The property will sit at the heart of Downtown L.A., linking the Financial District to of L.A. LIVE. Design for the hotel will be inspired by its surrounding neighborhood and will focus on prominent narratives from Downtown’s past including Fiesta De Las Flores, the glamorous pre-Hollywood nightlife scene and the underground speakeasies of the roaring twenties.

Downtown LA Proper



Slated to open in early 2017, Downtown LA Proper will debut as a high-end lifestyle boutique hotel geared toward leisure and business travelers. The 13-story hotel will boast 145 guest rooms, two unique presidential suites as well as a rooftop with a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. The historic 1924 building will be located at 11th and Broadway.

W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills

W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills (formerly known as W Los Angeles – Westwood) recently unveiled a $25 million renovation of the dynamic hotel. Tucked between the foothills of Beverly Hills and Bel-Air (and just minutes away from L.A.’s Sunset Boulevard and iconic beaches of Santa Monica), the hotel’s transformation features cutting-edge design, new signature programming, fantastic service and innovative dining concepts. Debuting at the hotel is a new destination restaurant, STK, which will also provide an updated menu concept at WET, the stunning ground-level pool featuring classic California-style cabanas.


W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills introduced 297 newly re-imagined suites, including an Extreme WOW suite, featuring a state-of-the-art screening room. The suites maintain a modern design and are filled with sleek sofas and sophisticated lighting, evoking the feeling of seclusion within a Beverly Hills garden retreat. All the action can be found at W Living Room, a lobby experience boasting pulsating lights and a high-energy DJ. Other amenities include the redesigned Living Room Bar and Bliss Spa. W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills also features refreshed event spaces that are ideal for conferences, meetings and other events for the next generation of luxury travelers. 

Beverly Hills Marriott




The 260-room Beverly Hills Marriott, formerly the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills, has been officially rebranded following an extensive $26 million renovation of the hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces, as well as exterior enhancements. The only full-service Marriott Hotel in West Lost Angeles (including Beverly Hills and Century City), the hotel offers an excellent location within short distance to iconic experiences such as Rodeo Drive, The Original Farmer’s Market and major Hollywood movie studios.



The renovation of the property includes its 260 guest rooms and 10 suites, boasting new design, furniture and fixtures and upgraded bedding. The hotel now features a completely renovated lobby, a new full-service restaurant serving American cuisine with California flair, a new lobby bar and a Club Lounge for private food and beverage services. An expanded outdoor pool area offers ample space for receptions and events as well as an "outdoor living room" providing oversized chaise lounges and dining spaces for cocktails, snacks and meals.

The Garland




The Garland, formerly known at the Beverly Garland, recently completed a multi-phase $20 million renovation and rebranding of its 257 rooms and 14 suites, lobby, event space and surrounding gardens. Located just minutes away from Universal Studios Hollywood, the property boasts a colorful history and iconic presence in North Hollywood. The boutique hotel’s rooms have been updated in “retro-cool California style,” offering vintage design, sunny warmth and touch of whimsy that reflects the hotel’s charm.

The all-new outdoor Beverly Park offers 16,000 square feet of elegant space for meetings and receptions in addition to other meeting options such as the Garland Ballroom and Beverly Garland Theatre. The Front Yard, a new restaurant providing a uniquely Southern California atmosphere and a simplified, approachable menu.

A $30-million renovation is currently underway at the iconic Hotel Figueroa in Downtown L.A. The refresh will aim to restore the hotel’s original Spanish Mediterranean décor to the hotel’s 270 rooms as well as introducing new elements to its public spaces. The renovation looks to be completed late 2016.
