•  Los Angeles ranked 6th place among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 81.3%, down -1.7% compared to October 2016 (82.7%).
•  Los Angeles ADR was $178.88 and ranked 6th among the Top 25 Markets, up +5.0% compared to October 2016 ($170.42).
•  Los Angeles RevPAR was $145.36 and ranked 5th among the Top 25 Markets, up +3.2% compared to October 2016 ($140.87).
•  Rooms nights sold were 2.56 million countywide, up +1.5% over October 2016 (2.53 million room nights).
•  Santa Monica/Marina Del Rey (87.2%) reported the highest occupancy rate for the month.    
 

2017 Jan-Oct YTD
•  Los Angeles ranked 4th place among the Top 25 Markets with a YTD Occupancy rate of 81.7%, down -1.6% compared to the same period last year (83.0%).
o Markets ranking higher than Los Angeles in YTD occupancy are New York (86.5%), San Francisco (84.6%), and Oahu Island (83.4%).
•  Los Angeles YTD ADR is $177.65 and ranks 6th out of the Top 25 Markets, up +1.7% compared to the same period last year ($174.66).  
•  Los Angeles YTD RevPAR is $145.16 and ranks 5th out of the Top 25 Markets, up +0.1% compared to the same period last year ($145.05).  
•  YTD rooms nights sold are 24.87 million countywide, reflecting a +0.4% increase over 2016 (24.77 million room nights).
•  The LAX Area (86.3%) and Santa Monica/Marina Del Rey (85.8%) reported the highest occupancy rate year to date.
