The Guide to Accessibility in Los Angeles

Los Angeles is one of the most diverse and inclusive cities in the world. From travelers at LAX to Metro riders, museum visitors, theme park guests, concertgoers and sports fans, read on for accessibility services across LA.

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) provides numerous accessibility services at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). LAWA has created a dedicated ADA website for travelers with information about wheelchairs, ground transportation, service animals and more.

• For departing passengers who may require the use of an accessible ramp, drop-off points are found throughout the Upper/Departures Level. These locations are identified by blue signs with the International Symbol of Accessibility (ISA) and wording that reads “PASSENGER LOADING ZONE ONLY.” Arriving passengers can meet their ride on the Lower/Arrivals Level outer median.
• Wheelchair service is provided free of charge by your airline. To request wheelchair service, LAWA recommends that you contact your airline at least 72 hours in advance.
• Most individuals requesting wheelchair assistance are transported via wheelchair from ticketing to their aircraft. Airlines are required to provide curbside wheelchair service when requested. On your return flight, you should remind a flight attendant near the end of your flight that you will need a wheelchair upon arrival.
• Many major airport-area hotels provide courtesy transportation from LAX terminals. Stops for hotel shuttles are located on the Upper/Departures Level and identified by red curbside pylons. Contact your airport-area hotel to confirm accessible van service.

LAX-IT
LAX-it is a courtesy shuttle service that takes rideshare and taxi passengers from each terminal to the LAX-it Lot. Shuttles stop at each terminal approximately every 10 minutes.

• Travelers can board the shuttle at the green LAX-it sign pillar on the Lower/Arrivals Level in front of each terminal.
• All LAX-it shuttles are ADA accessible. There are two types of buses, large and small. Large buses are low floor (no stairs) and feature wheelchair ramps. Small buses have steps and are equipped with a wheelchair lift.
• For additional assistance, e-mail laxit@lawa.org in advance of your arrival at LAX.

Metro strives to ensure that its services (including more than 200 bus and rail routes) are fully accessible to all of its riders, including those with disabilities.

• All Metro Rail lines are accessible to persons in wheelchairs. Every station has either a walkway/ramp or elevator from the street to the platform. In the event of an elevator outage at your station, you may take a bus to the next station for free.
• For vision-impaired Metro Rail riders, braille and tactile signs are posted at station entrances. Additional signs are posted in all subway stations on the sides of stairs and escalators near the platform to indicate the direction the train is traveling.
• Metro buses can accommodate all types of wheelchairs, including three-wheel scooter-chairs, power chairs and small four-wheel chairs. The general requirement is that the mobility device must fit on the ramp and be able to maneuver to the wheelchair securement area (30” x 48”). Two wheelchairs are allowed on the bus at a time.

Access is a curb-to-curb shared-ride service that operates on the same schedule as most buses. The service is available for any ADA paratransit eligible individual to any location within ¾ of a mile of any fixed bus operated by L.A. County public fixed route bus operators; and within ¾ of a mile around Metro Rail stations during the hours that the systems are operational.

Regular service is offered from 4am to midnight, seven days a week. Limited service is available from midnight to 4am. One-way fare is based on the distance you travel, with a maximum fare of $3.50 (except to/from and in Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys).

As a shared-ride service, several riders will be transported at one time in the same vehicle. Travel time will be similar to that of a fixed-route bus, not a car or taxi.

NOTE: Access may not be able to transport a wheelchair or mobility device larger than 30” wide and 48” long and weighing more than 600 lbs when occupied.

LA's world-class cultural attractions provide a wide range of accessibility services and amenities.

Exposition Park

CALIFORNIA SCIENCE CENTER
The West Coast’s largest hands-on science center, the California Science Center spans more than 400,000 square feet and features the Space Shuttle Endeavour, one of four orbiters to go on permanent display after the conclusion of the Space Shuttle program.

• All spaces in the CSC are wheelchair accessible and all levels are accessible by elevator.
• Standard manual wheelchairs are available for free at the Information Desk on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Sensory Descriptions Guide is available for download. Lights, noise and crowds vary widely at the CSC. Guests are welcome to bring their own noise-canceling headphones, fidgets, or other calming items.
• The IMAX Theater offers wheelchair accessible seating at the top of the theater. Seats are unassigned. Free closed captioning and Assistive Listening Devices in English are available for all IMAX films.
• The CSC can arrange ASL interpreters, real-time captioning, and other assistance for those attending a special lecture, class or meeting. The center requests 10 days advance notice.

NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM
The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (NHM) houses one of the world’s most extensive and valuable collections of natural and cultural history - more than 35 million objects, some as old as 4.5 billion years.

• All exhibits at NHM are accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, with the exception of strollers inside the Butterfly and Spider Pavilion.
• Wheelchairs are available for checkout on a first-come, first-served basis with valid ID. Inquire with Guest Relations staff when you arrive.
• For those who may experience sensory sensitivity, NHM provides free kits that include noise canceling headphones, a fossil stress ball, sensory guide and fidget cube. Kits are available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis and can be checked out via Guest Relations.
• Sensory-Friendly Dinosaur Encounters shows take place on the second Saturday of each month at 11:30am.
• American Sign Language interpretation and CART services are provided for free at all public programs, lectures and tours. To request ASL interpretation or CART services, contact info@nhm.org at least two weeks in advance of your visit.

Grand Avenue

THE BROAD
Opened by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad in 2015, The Broad is home to 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, widely regarded as one of the most prominent holdings of postwar and contemporary art in the world.

• All galleries and facilities at The Broad are wheelchair accessible. A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge in the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Large-print gallery notes are available by request free of charge.
• Audio tours are available on The Broad's free Mobile App. Transcripts are provided on the webpage of each audio tour. Physical transcripts are available on request, ask any Visitor Experience Team Member upon arrival.
• Visual description tours and ASL interpreter tours are available upon request. Email groups@thebroad.org at least two weeks prior to your preferred visit date.

MOCA
Established in 1979, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) is the only artist-founded museum in Los Angeles and houses a collection of 7,500 contemporary artworks.

• Wheelchairs are available for checkout at the reception or lobby desk with valid ID deposit. Inquire with a MOCA Gallery Attendant when you arrive.
• American Sign Language interpreters can be scheduled for special tours, lectures, and other talk-focused public programs with two-week notice. Request an interpreter by emailing visitorengagement@moca.org.

Museum Row

ACADEMY MUSEUM
Opened in September 2021, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures houses more than 13 million objects in a 300,000 square-foot campus designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano.

• The Academy Museum is fully accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who need to avoid stairs. Manual and electric wheelchairs and manual strollers can be used in all galleries and throughout the museum.
• Manual wheelchairs or mobility walkers may be checked out for free on a first-come, first-served basis at the Winkler Welcome Center in the Sidney Poitier Grand Lobby.
• Assistive Listening Devices are available for all film programs on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Calm Mornings program creates an environment for all visitors to enjoy less-sensory-stimulating spaces with moderated sound and lighting displays.

LA BREA TAR PITS
Located at one of the world’s most famous fossil sites, the La Brea Tar Pits Museum houses a collection of five million Ice Age fossils that spans 55,000 years of history.

• All exhibits and theaters inside the museum building are accessible for wheelchairs.
• Wheelchairs are available for checkout on a first-come, first-served basis at the Main Entrance by depositing a valid ID.
• American Sign Language interpretation or CART services are provided at no fee for all public programs, lectures, and tours. To request ASL interpretation or CART services, contact info@tarpits.org at least two weeks in advance of your visit.
• A Sensory Map with the museum, excavation sites and outdoor experiences is available for download.

LACMA
The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) is the largest art museum in the Western United States, with a collection of nearly 149,000 objects that illuminate 6,000 years of artistic expression across the globe.

• Every gallery, restroom, dining service, and outside space at LACMA is wheelchair accessible.
• Complimentary wheelchairs are available first-come, first-served at the Ticket Office during regular operating hours. Motorized wheelchairs are welcome.

PETERSEN AUTOMOTIVE MUSEUM
The Petersen Automotive Museum is a 100,000 square-foot mecca for car buffs, from its rotating exhibits to the extraordinary collection of rare, movie and race cars in The Vault.

• Accessible elevators are available on all museum floor levels.
• All cars and structures are positioned within ADA compliant pathways and turning radii to facilitate wheelchair access.
• A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for checkout at the front desk (free with valid ID).
• While the Petersen does not provide assistance with wheelchairs, Personal Care Assistants are admitted into the museum free of charge.
• ASL interpretation for tours, lectures and other events is available by request with two-week advance notice.
• Touch tours for blind or partially sighted visitors can be arranged by contacting the Group Tours Department two weeks in advance.

Westside

GETTY CENTER
Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Richard Meier, the Getty Center has welcomed more than 20 million visitors to its hilltop campus since opening in 1997.

• Wheelchairs are available for free rental on a first-come, first-served basis at the Lower Tram Station above the parking structure, and at the Coat Check Room in the Museum Entrance Hall.
• Complimentary Assisted Listening Devices are available for all tours and the Orientation Theater. Each ALD has an earpiece and a clip that can be attached to clothing.
• Available on the free GettyGuide app, the Visual Descriptions Audio Tour offers detailed descriptions of selected works on display at the Getty Center. Text transcripts of audio tours are also available on the app.

SKIRBALL CULTURAL CENTER
Open to the public since 1996, the Skirball Cultural Center is renowned as one of the world's leading Jewish cultural institutions.

• All Museum galleries (including Noah’s Ark at the Skirball), Audrey’s Museum Store, Zeidler’s Café, and other indoor and outdoor spaces at the Skirball are accessible to mobility devices. The use of motorized wheelchairs and other power-driven mobility aids is permitted.
• A limited number of wheelchairs are available for checkout with valid ID on a first-come, first-served basis at the lobby desk in the Main Entrance and at the security kiosk in the North Parking garage.
• Built-in and portable ALDs are available for checkout with a valid ID during public programs. Inquire with the security guard upon your arrival for additional information.
• Sensory Bags (noise-dampening headphones, stims, fidgets, puzzles, fine motor manipulatives) are available for checkout at Noah’s Ark. Flashing storm clouds in the gallery can be turned off or modified to a calming sensory mode upon request.

HAMMER MUSEUM
The two-decades-long transformation of the Hammer Museum culminated in March 2023 with the new Lynda and Stewart Resnick Cultural Center, which welcomes visitors with a street-level entrance at the corner of Wilshire and Westwood Boulevards.

• All of the museum’s galleries are accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who cannot use stairs. Two wheelchairs are available first-come, first-served at the welcome desk. Call ahead to reserve a wheelchair at 310.443.7020 or email accessibility@hammer.ucla.edu.
• There are six wheelchair spaces with companion seating in the Billy Wilder Theater. Four are in the back of the theater and two are in the front row. Inform the box office of your preference and an usher will escort you.
• ALDs for lectures and other programs in the museum's theaters can be picked up at the box office. For other programs, and to ensure availability, call or email the Hammer in advance.
• Large-print texts of the interpretive labels in many of the galleries are available upon request. Ask any gallery attendant or staff for assistance.
• Services such as sign language interpretation, live transcription, and alternate format materials can be arranged by contacting the Hammer at least 10 working days before your visit.

GETTY VILLA
Modeled after a first-century Roman country house, the Getty Villa houses a collection of 44,000 Greek, Roman, and Etruscan antiquities that span 7,000 years of history.

• Wheelchairs are available for free rental on a first-come, first-served basis in the Entry Pavilion.
• Front- and rear-row wheelchair seating is available at events in the Auditorium and the Outdoor Classical Theater for visitors using wheelchairs and for their companions. Early arrival is requested before programs begin. Visitor Services staff will be available to assist you.
• Free Assistive Listening Devices are available for all tours and for the Orientation Theater and Villa Auditorium. Each ALD has an ear piece and a clip that can be attached to clothing.
• Available on the free GettyGuide app, a visual descriptions audio tour offers detailed descriptions of selected works on display at the Villa. Text transcriptions of audio tours are also available on the app.

From theme parks to aquariums, family-friendly attractions across the city welcome visitors with accessibility services.

LOS ANGELES ZOO
One of LA's most popular attractions, the Los Angeles Zoo & Botanical Gardens is home to more than 2,200 animals representing over 270 species, many rare or endangered.

• Although some pathways feature grades that are steeper than others, the Los Angeles Zoo is wheelchair accessible.
• The Accessibility Map indicates the Zoo's various types of terrain (flat/gentle slope/hilly) and notes shuttle stops. A large print version of the map may be requested at the Admissions ticket window at the front entrance or at the Administration Building Reception Desk (Monday–Friday) on the day of your visit. You may also request a copy of the large print map in advance by emailing lazoo.admissions@lacity.org.
• Manual and electric wheelchairs are available to rent at the International Marketplace inside the front entrance. A limited number of electric wheelchairs are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted. Wheelchairs can be brought to the entrance gate by request at the Admissions ticketing window.
• The wheelchair-accessible Safari Shuttle is available for an additional fee. The tram is not a guided tour of exhibits, but it will take guests to several locations in the Zoo. Guests may use their ticket to board and disembark the shuttle at any location throughout the day. Tickets can be purchased at any Safari Shuttle stop. NOTE: Zoo staff are not trained or permitted to lift guests in or out of their mobility device or wheelchair.
• Docent-led guided tours, sign language interpreters, and Assistive Listening Devices for meetings or lectures are available by request with 14-day advance notice.
• The LA Zoo is a KultureCity Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue and offers sensory bags (noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, weighted lap pads) at the International Marketplace. Headphone Zones (like the chimpanzee habitat) and Quiet Areas are noted by signs.

WARNER BROS. STUDIO TOUR HOLLYWOOD
For movie and TV fans, it doesn't get any better than the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, which offers an immersive, behind the scenes look into Hollywood at work.

• Warner Bros. has carts specially designed to accommodate most wheelchairs. Contact the Tour Center at 818.977.8687 prior to your visit and one of these trams will be ready for you. Some larger electric wheelchair models are not safe to put on these vehicles and in such instances, Warner Bros. will conduct the tour without the carts.
• Complimentary wheelchairs are available for checkout at the Tour Center for the duration of the tour.
• American Sign Language interpreters are available to guests as needed. To request an interpreter, contact the Tour Center 72 hours before your tour to ensure that Warner Bros. can make arrangements.

Theme Parks

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD
From the world-famous Studio Tour to thrilling rides and family-friendly attractions, Universal Studios Hollywood is the world's only authentic, working movie studio and theme park.

• USH’s shopping and dining facilities are wheelchair accessible. Outdoor stage shows have areas reserved for guests with disabilities, designated with the International Symbol of Accessibility.
• Strollers, wheelchairs, and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) are available for rent just inside the park, across from the Universal Studios Store. ECV rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be operated by a single person age 18 or older.
• Due to dramatic movement, none of the ride vehicles at USH can accommodate ECVs or electric wheelchairs. For rides that can accommodate standard wheelchairs, guests may transfer from their ECV or electric wheelchair into a standard wheelchair, which can be provided.
• Assistive Listening Devices are provided for free at Guest Relations. For guests with mild to moderate hearing loss, amplified handsets are provided at all phone locations.
• With one-week notice, sign language interpreting services are available at no charge. To arrange for sign language interpreting services, contact Guest Relations or call 800.864.8377, option 9.
• Video remote interpreting is available at Guest Relations and the First Aid stations.
• Show scripts are available in large font and embossed braille at Guest Services.

SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN
Located a half-hour north of Downtown LA, Six Flags Magic Mountain boasts 20 roller coasters, more than any other theme park in the world.

• Six Flags Magic Mountain has been designated a Certified Autism Center (CAC) by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). A 50-page Safety & Accessibility Guide with detailed ride info and IBCCES Sensory Guides is available for download at the Six Flags website.
• Guests with cognitive disorders, disabilities or mobility impairments who request helpful accommodations from Six Flags must register for an IBCCES Individual Accessibility Card (IAC). Upon arrival at the park, guests will present their IAC and Information Sheet.
• Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available next to the lockers after the Entry Plaza.

Aquariums

CABRILLO MARINE AQUARIUM
Founded in 1935, the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium is the only fee-free and nonprofit aquarium that is accredited by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums in the U.S.

• In February 2022, Cabrillo Marine Aquarium became the first aquarium in California to be named a KultureCity Sensory Inclusive Certified Venue.
• Sensory Bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and other resources are available for checkout at no cost by leaving an ID at the Welcome Booth.
• Weighted lap pads are also available for checkout upon request at the Welcome Booth.
• Quiet Areas are designated throughout the aquarium.

AQUARIUM OF THE PACIFIC
Southern California's largest aquarium, the Aquarium of the Pacific displays 12,000 animals and more than 100 exhibits that celebrate the planet’s largest and most diverse body of water, the Pacific Ocean.

• The Aquarium of the Pacific and its exhibits are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available for checkout free of charge at the Information Desk. Behind-the-Scenes tours (when offered) are wheelchair accessible.
• A guest in a wheelchair can touch animals in an Aquarium Touch Pool or request to have an animal brought to them.
• Interactive tables in the Pacific Visions culmination gallery are at accessible heights.
• Audio tours, braille visitor guides and written descriptions of aquarium shows are available to checkout for free at the Information Desk.
• ALDs are available in the Honda Pacific Visions Theater.
• Sign language interpreters are available free for tours and programs with four days advance notice. Call 562.590.3100.
• The Aquarium of the Pacific is a KultureCity Sensory Inclusive Certified Venue. KultureCity Sensory Bags are available for checkout (at no cost) from Member Services.

For music fans, LA's acclaimed concert venues offer accessibility services for an unforgettable experience.

HOLLYWOOD BOWL
Since its opening in 1922, the Hollywood Bowl has become a premier destination for outdoor concerts and a beloved summer tradition for generations of Angelenos and visitors alike.

• A minimum of 200 wheelchair, semi-ambulatory, and companion tickets are available throughout the Hollywood Bowl. The Bowl offers wheelchair escorts upon request on a first-come, first-served basis on the night of the event. Patron Access Assistance Service (PAAS) provides electric cart transport for patrons with disabilities. Wheelchair assistance may be arranged in the Box Office plaza with a PAAS team member. The Bowl does not supply loaner or rental wheelchairs.
• Individuals purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three (3) additional seats for their companions in the same row and that are contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold and are not available, the Hollywood Bowl will offer other seats as close to the accessible seats as possible.
• Parking at the Bowl is extremely limited. More than one-third of the audience uses the Park & Ride and Shuttle service for transportation to the Bowl. All Park & Ride lots use accessible buses.
• Headsets are available free of charge (with deposit of an ID) at the House Manager's Office. Ask an usher for assistance.
• Requests for a sign language interpreter or open captioning can be facilitated through Accessibility Services at 323.850.2125. The Bowl requests advance notice of five business days for sign language and 10 days for open captions.

GREEK THEATRE
Nestled in the hills of Griffith Park, the Greek Theatre celebrated its 90th anniversary with a revamp that included the restoration of its famed entry doors and signature green-glazed tile roof.

• A minimum of 41 wheelchair and semi-ambulatory tickets are available throughout the Greek. Headsets are available free of charge (with a deposit) at the Guest Services Booth. Ask an usher for assistance or reserve your headset in advance by calling 323.391.6001.
• After purchasing tickets, a request for a sign language interpreter can be facilitated through the Greek Theatre Box Office by calling 323.606.8106. A three-week advance notice is requested.

WALT DISNEY CONCERT HALL
Designed by acclaimed architect Frank Gehry, Walt Disney Concert Hall is the home of the LA Phil and celebrates its 20th anniversary in October 2023.

• WDCH offers seating for patrons in wheelchairs (and their companions) on all levels. Music Center Guest Services representatives will assist patrons with mobility impairments by escorted wheelchair transport to and from the venue. Reservations are necessary, call 213.972.0777 at least 24 hours in advance. NOTE: ushers may not physically assist patrons wishing to transfer into theater seats. Service animals are welcome.
• WDCH is equipped with a Sennheiser Infrared Sound Listening System. Wireless headsets are available free of charge at the Coat Check in the lobby with ID deposit or patrons may bring their own compatible headsets.
• Complimentary large-print programs are available in the lobby at the Coat Check. Upon request, ushers will read program notes to patrons needing assistance.

KIA FORUM
Following a multi-million dollar renovation, the Kia Forum is "Fabulous" once again with state-of-the-art technology and amenities.

• Disabled Seating, wheelchair, aisle transfer, and semi-ambulatory seating may be purchased by calling the Kia Forum Disabled Services department at 310.862.6200 option #4 during normal business hours; calling Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 or TDD at 800.943.4327; or online at Ticketmaster.com.
• Individuals with disabilities may purchase up to three seats for companions in accessible seating areas. Additional tickets, if available, may be purchased as close to the accessible seating areas, as long as it does not exceed the ticket limit for the event.
• The Kia Forum provides signed performances for the deaf and hard of hearing upon request with advance notice of a minimum 10 business days. Contact the Disabled Services Department at 888.609.7599.

LA's championship venues welcome fans with accessibility services and KultureCity Sensory Bags.

CRYPTO.COM ARENA
Located at L.A. LIVE in Downtown LA, Crypto.com Arena (formerly STAPLES Center) is the home of the NBA's Lakers and Clippers, the WNBA's Sparks and the NHL's Kings.

• Accessible seating is available on all levels of Crypto.com Arena. Guests can purchase one accessible seat and three companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
• VITAC provides real-time captioning for guests to view Public Address announcements on browser-based mobile phones.
• As a KultureCity Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue, Crypto.com Arena offers complimentary Sensory Bags and Weighted Lap Pads for checkout at Guest Services on the Main Concourse across from Aisle 12. Quiet Areas are available inside First Aid on the Main Concourse across from Aisle 3 and on the Upper Concourse across from Aisle 22.
• Additional services include Assistive Listening Devices (ALD), signed performances at select concerts, complimentary wheelchair escorts upon request, and wheelchair/scooter storage at the Guest Services Center for the duration of the event.

DODGER STADIUM
One of the true cathedrals of Major League Baseball, Dodger Stadium is a bucket list ballpark for countless fans.

• Accessible seating is available on every level of Dodger Stadium. Purchase accessible seats online at www.dodgers.com, or call the ticket office at 866-DODGERS.
• The Dodgers offer a courtesy ADA shuttle that operates from various parking lots to areas near the entry gates. Once you're parked, call the Dodger Hotline at 323.224.2611 to have the shuttle dispatched to your location.
• Guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices who prefer to sit in non-accessible seating may check in and store their wheelchair or mobility device at designated areas on the Left and Right Field plazas on Field level, adjacent to the Fan Services Stations; or behind home plate on all other levels.
• Escorts for those requiring wheelchair assistance are available inside the stadium from any gate on a first-come, first served basis by contacting any Security, Guest Services, or Fan Services team member.
• Assistive Listening Devices are available for checkout at any Fan Services Station by calling the Dodger Hotline, or texting 69050 #LADFAN. All ALDs must be returned to Fan Services at the end of the game. Closed Captioning can be viewed for free through the MLB Ballpark app.
• Dodger Stadium is a KultureCity Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue and offers Sensory Bags for adults and children to checkout during the game at any Fan Services Station.

BMO STADIUM
The home pitch of LAFC and Angel City FC, BMO Stadium (formerly Banc of California Stadium) is the first open-air stadium built in LA since Dodger Stadium in 1962.

• Complimentary Assisted Listening Devices are available at the Guest Experience Center, located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129. A driver’s license or credit card is required as a deposit.
• A limited number of wheelchairs are available to transport guests from the gates to their seats. Pre-event wheelchair assistance is available by contacting a Guest Experience Supervisor at any stadium entrance gate. For those in need of post-event assistance, contact an event staff member, safety personnel, or visit the Guest Experience Center. Guests in Suite areas should contact the Concierge desk on their level to request a wheelchair escort.
• Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the event - wheelchair storage is available.
• Additional services include Captioning Services and Devices; and Interpretation Services, which requires a minimum two-week lead time.

LOS ANGELES MEMORIAL COLISEUM
Celebrating its centennial in 2023, the landmark Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is the largest football stadium in the Pac-12 conference and the home field of the USC Trojans.

• Every gate at the Coliseum has a priority line for guests with mobility impairments up until 30 minutes before the start of the event.
• Accessible seating sections feature in-seat service for patrons in wheelchairs or with restricted mobility. Information cards will be provided at your seating location during the event.
• ALDs are available for checkout at Customer Service, located in the Coliseum West Administration Building across from Tunnel 11. Closed captioning for all major events is provided by VITAC.
• Wheelchair transport is free and can be requested through Customer Service. Assistance is available upon request at all entry gates. The Coliseum recommends making arrangements prior to the event you are attending by calling 213.747.7111 or emailing lacoliseum@usc.edu. During event hours, call or text “ADA” to 213.263.4007. NOTE: staff will not remain with you during the event, and you are not allowed to remain in the wheelchair during the event. In addition, the Coliseum does not rent wheelchairs or crutches.

SOFI STADIUM
Opened in September 2020, the state-of-the-art SoFi Stadium is the home of the Rams and Chargers.

• Accessible seating for guests in wheelchairs or other mobility devices is available in the 100, 200, 300 and 400 seating sections.
• Wheelchair escorts are available to bring wheelchairs to guests, and escort them from entries to their seat and back. The Ambassador and wheelchair will not stay with the guest for the duration of the event. Wheelchairs can be requested in person by asking any Guest Experience Representative. SoFi Stadium does not offer wheelchair escorts to the parking lots or any other areas outside of ticketed entries.
• ALDs are available upon request and can be rented at Guest Service Centers. American Sign Language services are available upon request. Reach out to the Guest Experience Team by filling out the Contact Us form at least two weeks in advance after purchasing tickets to an event.
• SoFi Stadium is a KultureCity Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue. Sign up for a Sensory Bag or an available Sensory Room at any Guest Service Center.

ROSE BOWL STADIUM
The home of the UCLA Bruins and "the Granddaddy of Them All," Rose Bowl Stadium celebrated its centennial in 2022.

• There are 162 accessible seating pairs (one seating space plus one companion seat) on each of the West and East sides of the Concourse Level. At the Field Level, 44 seating pairs are accessible via Tunnel 28.
• Wheelchair assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are a limited number of wheelchairs for transporting guests from the stadium gates to their seats and back at the conclusion of the event. Guests may arrange for pre-event wheelchair assistance by contacting a Customer Service Ambassador or texting 626.400.5119 once inside the stadium gates.
• For post-event assistance, text Rose Bowl Stadium with your current location or make a request at the Administration Office adjacent to Tunnel 28. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the event.
• ALDs are available at no cost at the Administration Office with security deposit of valid ID or credit card. Caption Colorado handheld units are also available to checkout at the Administration Office.

DIGNITY HEALTH SPORTS PARK
The home pitch of the LA Galaxy, Dignity Health Sports Park is a major competition and training facility for amateur, Olympic, collegiate and pro athletes.

• Complimentary wheelchairs escorts are available for Dignity Health Sports Park guests who require assistance. Requests for wheelchair escorts can be placed with a Guest Service Representative at any entrance gate. Wheelchairs are based on availability and are not available for use throughout the event.
• Dignity Health Sports Park has partnered with VITAC to provide convenient and easy access to all in-stadium announcements made on the Public Address System. Real-time captioning is available anywhere, anytime throughout the stadium on your browser-based mobile phone.
