•Los Angeles ranked 4th among the Top 25 Markets with an Occupancy rate of 69.6%, up +3.1% compared to same period last year (67.5%)
•Markets ranking higher were Honolulu (86.4%), Miami (82.5%) and New York City (73.8%)
•Los Angeles outperformed Orlando (69.3%), San Francisco (66.8%), Anaheim (63.3%) and San Diego (62.6%)
•Los Angeles ADR was $133.08 and ranked 7th out of the Top 25 Markets, up +5.7% compared to the same period last year ($125.93).
•Los Angeles RevPAR was $92.65 and ranked 5th out of the Top 25 Markets, up +8.9% compared to the same period last year ($85.06).
•January rooms nights sold were 2.09 million countywide, reflecting a +2.8% increase over 2012 (2.03 million room nights).
