Located inside Nordstrom, Bar Verde is a casual but sleek bar that's a great place to convene for dinner, with its modern lines and light wood features. Start off on this $29 option with a fresh Spanish octopus salad and continue with a skirt steak topped with salsa verde or swordfish on a bed of warm couscous and mango relish. Add the cocktail pairing for just $12 per person for some libational fun.

If you’re feeling like Italian, head to Il Fornaio, which is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious three- or four-course menu whether for lunch ($25) or dinner ($49). Begin with their excellent minestrone soup and continue with bruschetta on grilled ciabatta. Their pastas include angel hair with chopped tomatoes and garlic as well as linguine with clams. Larsen’s Steakhouse offers an elegant and plush dining room for guests to enjoy a fantastic three-course prix fixe menu for $49 per person. Whether you’re in the mood for salad or soup, braised short rib or pan-roasted Jidori chicken, it’s all good at Larsen’s. Don’t forget to top it all off with their delicious buttercake or chocolate mousse cake.

NM Café at Neiman Marcus features a well-appointed dining room which is perfect for that two-course power lunch for $25 a pop. Choose from steamed clams and mussels, truffle parmesan truffle fries and artichoke spinach dip (great for sharing with your dining companions) to start off. Spring pea risotto with grilled chicken, pan seared snapper and grilled flat iron steak with panzanella salad are your choices for the main course. There’s nothing like a visit to an old fashioned steakhouse with attentive service, which is what you’ll get at Ruth’s Chris Steak House for $49 at dinner during dineL.A. Of course, you’ll probably want the steak - select a petite filet mignon or petite rib eye - or you may want the salmon. For the duration of dineL.A., they’re offering special accompaniments to your entree like truffle butter crust and a lobster tail add-on for $17. Choose the premium, two-glass wine pairing for $21 per person to wash it all down well.
