dineL.A. Winners Announced

After another successful dineL.A. Restaurant Week, the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board is pleased to announce the winners of our two dineL.A. giveaways. Congratulations to both winners!

Throughout Restaurant Week, dineL.A. foodies entered the dineL.A. for a Year lucky draw sweepstakes. The grand prize included fifty-two $50 gift cards ($2600 total value) to restaurants throughout Los Angeles. Selected from over 17,000 entries, the winner Alex Shaw actually had her own contest to pick which friends and colleagues she would take out for each of her foodie adventures. Alex plans on “dining with cool regular folk, a family member or two thrown in for laughs, strangers, seniors and FB friends."

During dineL.A.’s Restaurant Week, diners were encouraged to tag their Instagram photos with #dineLA for a chance to win a two-night stay at the Langham Huntington, Pasadena (including breakfast and valet). There were over 10,000 photos tagged #dineLA. The host of KCRW’s Good Food, Evan Kleiman, selected Annie Wang’s (@_annie_wang) photo at Connie and Ted’s, describing it as “so light and pretty.”
