The experience begins with Antipasti for the Table, then Winter Chicories and Paccheri Pasta with calamari, Piennolo tomatoes and pistachios. Tucked inside a Bel-Air strip mall, Vibrato is the brainchild of GRAMMY Award-winning music legend Herb Alpert. On Valentine's Day, Vibrato welcomes vocalist Billy Valentine for performances at 6:30pm and 9pm.

The three-course dinner starts with Lobster Valentine, Lamb Lollipops, Smoked Salmon & Ossetra Caviar Blinis, Burrata di Puglia, Hamachi Crudo or Quinoa Salad. For entree, choose from Oscar-Style Filet Mignon, Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Ravioli, Volcano Short Rib, Fresh Crab Gnocchi, and two veg-friendly options: Ratatouille and Trumpet Mushroom & Tagliatelle.

The decadent dessert options include the Sweet Heart (berry mousse, joconde biscuit, white chocolate curls), French Kiss (devil's cake, French coffee buttercream, chocolate covered coffee beans, chocolate ganache) and Impossible Confection - red velvet cake with traditional flan, slivered almonds, seasonal berries and dulce de leche.
