Surrounded by small grower organic and sustainable farms, Watermark’s menu features locally inspired, contemporary American cuisine, featuring a winning combination of fish, steaks and other meat dishes, along with the freshest seasonal vegetables. Watermark’s creative and unique signature dishes and seasonal specials will be the highlights of the menu.
