Founded by Amy Pressman and Bill Chait in 2011, Short Order is a modern interpretation of the fast-casual restaurant, offering menu items crafted with locally raised, organic, artisanal and handmade ingredients. Pressman partnered with her longtime friend and mentor, Nancy Siverton, to create the menu of comfort classics, and worked closely with Chef Christian Page to enhance the concept by incorporating their shared desire to support local farmers.
