Chicago's rowdy Rush Street comes to Culver City in the form of a restaurant, bar and lounge. Executive chef Dave Northrup will focus on "bar-centric" dishes like buffalo chicken dumplings with blue cheese and fried shallot dressing, pulled barbecue pork sliders and Kobe pigs-in-a-blanket, plus grilled New Zealand lamb racks and brick oven-cooked pizzas.
