Papilles (pronounced “pah-PEE”) means “tastebuds” in French. The restaurant is inspired by the bistronomique movement in Paris, and strives to serve food using the same techniques and attention to detail as in a Michelin starred restaurant but without the fuss in a casual, bistro setting.
