Noe Restaurant & Bar
Noe, a hotel restaurant with more style than the usual bland hotel dining room, was originally very much chef Robert Gadsby's project. But Gadsby, who has something of a reputation for not staying in any one place too long, has moved on and his right hand guy, Glen Ishii, is now helming the kitchen. Ishii's ambitious French - Japanese menu features plenty of compelling choices such as butter poached lobster with lemon curd ravioli.
