The Komodo concept started out as a food truck roaming the streets of Los Angeles in 2009; serving Modern California Asian Fusion dishes. Komodo is one of LA’s fastest growing casual dining experience/ food brands- serving delicious gourmet dishes created by Chef Erwin Tjahyadi.
