Brooke Williamson and Nick Roberts’ cool but comfortable bar and restaurant hits all the right notes. The beer selection is superb. Cocktails such as the ginger mojito go down easily. And the menu, while compact, is wholly appealing. Marinated skirt steak with truffle cheese fries perhaps?
