Gonpachi at the Miyako Hybrid Hotel
Gonpachi introduces its guests to a new level of contemporary Japanese cuisine, served in a fabulously authentic setting. Diners will embark on a culinary excursion that will excite the palate - from hand-pounded buckwheat soba noodles, to delicacies from the charcoal grill and of course sushi and rolls. Gonpachi features seating at their “Omakase” sushi bar as well as at their Sumi-Yaki bar, where your dinner is cooked over an open charcoal flame.
