Don’t look for a Delmonico steak listing on the menu, (they’re named New York, ribeye and filet instead), but there certainly are a multitude of lobster opportunities: lobster cocktail, gazpacho with lobster, surf and turf (lobster and filet), twin lobster tails, stuffed lobster, lobster thermidor, shellfish platter with lobster, linguini with lobster, lobster risotto, and the list goes on.
