Chef José L. Prado is excited to add one more restaurant to his family's collection with Cocina Primavera. After spending the last 25 years at the world renowned The Ivy, Chef Prado has partnered up with his daughter and son as they continue to grow the family restaurant business into the next generation. Cocina Primavera is a family owned and operated restaurant, serving their signature dishes: Crabcakes, Sweet Corn Tamales, Jerk Chicken Tostadas, Chopped Salad, Oven Roasted Whitefish, and Red Wine Sangria.
