Sam Amad and Noura Elnasser channeled her mother’s recipes to deliver a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant next to the New Beverly Cinema. The patio is a particularly desirable place to enjoy falafel with tahini, zaatar-crusted chicken with fig compote and several takes on pasta, burgers and skewers.
