This attractive, modern, contemporary American restaurant, run by husband-wife team Nadav and Romy Bashan (he's in the kitchen, she oversees the front of the house) has raised the bar in charming, somewhat sleepy Montrose. Nadav has done stints in some of Los Angeles' top restaurants, including Providence and Michael's and that shows on the plates. There's much to love about dishes such as seared barramundi with Jerusalem artichoke and chorizo.
