Longtime Abbot Kinney star chef Joe Miller turned to Spain for inspiration at his tapas bar near the Third Street Promenade. Meat and cheese are imported from the Motherland, including jamon Iberico de bellota, the prized ham made from acorn-fed, black-hoofed hogs. The wine list is exclusively Spanish. Of course the open-faced sandwiches called pintxos are in full effect, speared with things like chorizo stew.
