Chef-owners Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo applied a rock and roll approach to help reinvigorate Fairfax’s sleepy Jewish corridor. Many dishes involve pork, bacon or both, but the duo also turns to the changing seasons for inspiration. The menu changes daily, but an enduring classic remains the bacon chocolate crunch bar with salt-and-pepper anglaise.
