Metro Tours

Special tours are offered on the occasion of Union Station's 75th anniversary. Led by trained Metro Art Docents, the tours will cover historic Union Station art, architecture and spaces not generally open to the public, including the old ticket concourse and former Fred Harvey restaurant. Additionally, the tours will explore artworks located in the Gold Line Portal, East Portal and inside the Metro Gateway Headquarters Building. Tours are free. Reservations are not required. Meet at the information booth inside the Alameda Street entrance to historic Union Station.

Ray’s & Stark Bar, in conjunction with LACMA and in partnership with ArtBites, are proud to announce the next installment of the Cur-ATE dinner series. Through the blending of fine art with culinary art, ArtBites founder Maite Gomez-Rejón will trace the role of food in a historical and social context as displayed in art through a series of gallery tours followed by a three-course meal inspired by the evening’s theme by Chef Viet Pham of Ray’s & Stark Bar.In November, guests will indulge in a night of Japanese gastronomy and the Art of the Samurai featuring the special exhibition Samurai: Japanese Armor from the Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Collection.
