SLS Culinary Director José Andrés and Chef de Cuisine Holly Jivin celebrate the luxury and splendor of the black truffle with the annual Black Truffle Dinner Series at SAAM. The multi-course dinner unearths the flavors of the truffle while maintaining the playful and innovative gastronomic vision of Andrés’ culinary team at SAAM. Each truffle is foraged by the renowned Truffle Brothers Michael and Marco Pietroiacovo in the wooded hills of Abruzzo, Italy.
Guests can experience the tasting menu, available for a limited time only, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from Jan. 29 through Feb. 28, for $275 per guest. Optional wine pairings will also be offered for $100 and $350. Seatings begin at 6:30pm. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 310.246.5545.
