Hinoki & the Bird’s Travel-inspired Guest Chef Dinner – a collaboration between Executive Chef Brandon Kita and Chef Perfecto Rocher, formerly of Smoke.Oil.Salt.
Brandon invited Perfecto to cook in the Hinoki kitchen every Sunday and Monday night in October, creating two special menus inspired Perfecto’s recent travels to Spain. Beginning Sunday, October 4th, he will host a family-style paella night with shared appetizers, priced at $55pp; on Monday, October 5th, Perfecto will curate a special 5-course Spanish tasting menu featuring seasonal fare and local farmer’s market finds for $85pp. Both menus will be available every Sunday and Monday night through the month of October at Hinoki & the Bird.
