Chef de Cuisine Amy Deaderick prepares a four-course menu beginning with Endive & Dungeness Crab, green goddess, marconas & preserved lemon; followed by Ricotta Gnudi with Asparagus, wild mushrooms, Parmesan cream & breadcrumbs. There is a choice of Orata with Beet Puree, gingered beets, mizuna & blood orange butter; a vegetarian Butternut Squash with Coconut Bread Pudding, sumac-ginger yogurt & pine nuts; Braised Short Ribs with Creamed Hominy, cavolo nero & meyer lemon salsa or share a Bone-in Rib Eye for Two, potato-gruyére gratin & sautéed swiss chard ($10 supplement per person).
