Looking for something fun and interesting to do this summer? Take a tours of public art and urban interventions in Los Angeles and around.
The tours were developed and will be led by a group of Sotheby’s Institute of Art graduates. The tour includes a one-hour guided walk during which expert guides will talk about selected artworks.
We will explore some of the most interesting and exciting artwork found along the infamous Venice Beach boardwalk and adjacent neighborhood. Highlights include: “Touch of Venice” mural by Jonas Never, “Chorus Line” and a “Homage to a Starry Night” a take on Van Gogh’s infamous painting both by Rip Cronk.
Please gather at Menotti’s Coffee (56 Windward Ave, Venice, CA 90291). We will leave promptly at noon.
If you want to keep the conversation going, please join us for a no-host lunch at Larry’s (casual yet eclectic gastropub).
