Eat|See|Hear, a premier LA outdoor movie series presented by SHOWTIME, will be showing The Princess Bride on Saturday, May 25 at Santa Monica High School. The event will also include live music and the following food trucks: Schmuck Truck, MOEggrolls, India Jones, Bun Truck, Coolhaus, Brasil Kiss, and My Delight Cupcakery. General admission tickets for the event are $10 and can be purchased online, as can $20 popchips-sponsored “Fashionably Late” tickets that allow attendees to arrive late and still have access to premium reserved seating. There will also be a limited number of passes available at the door for $12. This classic comedy is about Buttercup who is engaged to Prince Humperdinck and gets kidnapped and held hostage. The story takes us through the adventures of her beloved Westley, her childhood beau, who must save her. The doors will open at 5:30 pm, the bands will play at 7:00 pm, and the movie will start at 8:30 pm.

Creating Arts Company brings to life the classic fairytale of Sleeping Beauty in Rock Opera style! The story of the beautiful Princess Aurora who has a curse put on her by the evil black fairy is told through classic rock songs from the 60's and 70's in this one hour Mini Musical that will have children and their parents dancing and singing! 

Follow the princess as her fairy godmothers hide her in the woods until her 18th birthday to protect her from the evil black fairy's curse. When the princess is tricked by the black fairy she is put into a deep sleep that only true loves first kiss can break. Will the handsome prince be able to defeat the black fairy and her minions and save Princess Aurora? 

This show is recommended for ages 5 and up. 

This show uses some dark and strobe lighting, as well as fog and loud sounds for special effects.

Gather together in the heart of Downtown LA with family and friends for an afternoon of the best in electronic music performance. Local and international DJs blend their sounds, bringing beautiful soaring beats to the city’s newest green space. Happening every last Sunday of the month all summer long, the afternoon will also feature food trucks and cocktails by Pattern Bar.
