Kids love Obstacle Courses, Color Runs, and Adventure Racing too so we created one just for them. Carnival Kids Course is an awesome Carnival, capped off with a 1 mile Obstacle Course and Color Run for the entire family. Don't know if your kid will run alone? Run with them in their wave or the 10:00AM family wave we created for parents to join in on the fun too. Visit our website for more information.
On April 6, the highly successful CicLAvia - Iconic Wilshire Boulevard route will return, allowing people to interact with the neighborhoods and architecture that defines the famed boulevard from Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles to Fairfax Avenue in the Miracle Mile. The car-free event will allow people to explore Los Angeles by foot, bike, skates, or any other non-motorized means of transportation and connect with businesses, the environment, healthy activity, diverse communities and each other in a way that isn’t possible by car.
Two pedestrian zones will anchor the route – the Active Zone in downtown and the Miracle Mile zone, the latter featuring exciting activities from the cultural institutions along Museum Row including LACMA, the Craft and Folk Art Museum and the Page Museum. The event will run from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and people can enter the route from any point. For more information and a route map, visit www.ciclavia.org.
