Presented four times this year, Chef Ray’s unique menu - available for
one night only - combines specialty produce from a different featured
farm with his inventive style Angelenos and Santa Monica visitors
alike have grown to love from FIG. Enjoy deliciously creative menus
celebrating harvest from the following local farms and growers:

August 21 Weiser Family Farms
October 23 Windrose Farm
A seasonal bistro with an emphasis on organically grown and locally
sourced ingredients, FIG offers creative dishes made from the freshest
peak season ingredients. Chef Ray works closely with local food
foragers and scours the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market every week,
producing dishes that are 90 percent organic and sustainable, fitting
right into Santa Monica’s eco-friendly atmosphere.
