All-Day Thanksgiving Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills will be offering an all-day Thanksgiving Brunch buffet on Thursday, November 26, 2015 from 11:00 am through 6:00 pm. 

Enjoy traditional fare such as carved roasted turkey, rustic country stuffing, prime rib, honey glazed ham, sweet potatoes, roasted chestnuts and root vegetables, plus housemade cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. Breakfast offerings such as omelets, eggs benedict, assorted sausages and Belgian waffles made-to-order will be served until 3:00 pm.  Special antipasti dishes from Culina, Modern Italian such as caprese salad; risotto with walnuts, pears and gorgonzola; and eggplant parmesan will be served after 3:00 pm. As always, enjoy brunch favourites including farmers market-inspired salads, artisan cheeses, hot items from the carving station and an array of seafood including sushi, oysters, Alaskan crab legs, miso-glazed sea bass, and Cambridge House smoked salmon.

There will be an array of kid-friendly offerings at the children’s buffet including organic chicken tenders, croque monsieur, macaroni and cheese, mini beef and turkey sliders, and sweet mashed potatoes, as well as assorted cupcakes and cookies.

Save room for a feast of desserts including the Hotel's famous fresh doughnuts with do-it-yourself toppings, housemade ice cream and gelato, and a selection of home-style pies including pumpkin, pecan, and apple pie.

The cost will be USD 109 for adults, USD 54 for children 5 to 12 years, and complimentary for children four years and under.

Viviane Presents All-Day Thanksgiving Prix-Fixe Feast

For Viviane’s first Thanksgiving, the newly opened Beverly Hills restaurant from restaurateur Stephane Bombet and Executive Chef Michael Hung will present an all-day feast on Thursday, November 26, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Dine in style at L.A.’s most contemporary indoor/outdoor dining destination, dotted with mid-century touches by celebrated designer Kelly Wearstler.

Executive Chef Michael Hung will serve a prix-fixe, family-style menu of Continental twists on American-favorite proteins, sides, and desserts that showcase his signature technique-driven French touch. Highlights from the menu, available in the intimate dining room, adjacent poolside cabanas, or from the comfort of adjoining hotel rooms, include Galatine of Diestel Farms Turkey with rosemary and sage gravy; Roasted Sugar Pumpkin with bourbon honey glaze; Brioche with wild mushrooms and truffle stuffing; and Caramel Pear Tartine with quatre-épices ice cream and pomegranate reduction.

In addition to the Spiced Mulled Cider with Rum featured on the prix-fixe menu, specialty Thanksgiving cocktails from Bar Manager Ryan Wainwright add to the festive environment with clever creations such as the Sofa Sleeper, with Wild Turkey 101 Rye, Cranberry Cordial, Lemon Juice; and the Walk It Off, a shot of Cynar and Steigl beer.

Managing Partner and Wine Director Francois Renaud and General Manager Emmanuel Faure will also be on hand to provide artfully paired wine suggestions that harmoniously blend with the savory flavors of Hung’s offerings.
