MIYAVI, a solo artist/guitarist from Japan. He is gaining recognition around the world for his unconventional style of playing the electric guitar, not with a pick, but with his fingers and his original 'slap style' which is like no other. MIYAVI has 3 successful world tours under his belt, which totals over 200 shows in 30 countries across North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. His long-awaited 4th world tour is set to start from February 2014. In the recent years, MIYAVI has gathered attention from other artists and creators in the field and has produced music for television commercials. He has also been featured in songs with Tomoyasu Hotei, Maki Nomiya and Good Charlotte, rapidly spreading his circle of activities. In 2013 MIYAVI entered a new phase by releasing a single "Ahead Of The Light", which features his 'slap guitar' with the strong beats of electro/dance music. His self-titled album "MIYAVI" released in June 2013 in Japan, is now being released in Asian countries and will make its debut in February 2014 in the European countries, followed by North American territories. Consistently aiming for the next level on a worldwide basis, people call him the "SAMURAI GUITARIST."

Kids can rarely sit still and this joyous Fandango will have them dancing in the aisles of the Edye to the vibrant rhythms of Son Jarocho music from Veracruz. Master musician, singer and craftsman, Cesar Castro is joined by instrumentalists Xochi Flores, Juan Perez and Chuy Sandoval to share their culture, love and knowledge of this blend of indigenous Mexican, African and Arabic sounds that has become the signature of Latin music today. It’s a rousing, participatory performance!
