Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills will be offering its first Cooking and Etiquette Class for children at Culina, Modern Italian, on Saturday, October 11 from 11 am to 1:30 pm.
This session will also include an engaging cooking class with Chef Mette Williams from Culina, Modern Italian and a three-course lunch, along with a copy of Julie Ann’s new instructional guide to etiquette. This will be held in Culina’s Private Dining Room for USD 135.00 per person, inclusive of taxes and gratuity.
Chef Mette Williams from Culina, Modern Italian will teach children how to make garlic knots, pizza and arancini, and will provide a three course lunch tied to the educational etiquette session. The lunch will include a choice of a caesar salad or a modo mio with heirloom tomatoes and burrata, and either rigatoni with meatballs, seared salmon or chicken parmesan with broccolini. Dessert will feature famous Four Seasons chocolate chip cookies and house made gelato.
