John Barr has published eight collections of poetry, most recently the two-volume mock epic The Adventures of Ibn Opcit. He is Board President Emeritus of the Poetry Society of America, has taught in the graduate writing program of Sarah Lawrence College, and was appointed in 2004 the first president of The Poetry Foundation, publisher of Poetry magazine. He lives in Chicago and New York.
Nathan Barr has scored all four seasons of HBO’s Emmy-winning and Fan-Favorite series, TRUE BLOOD. Barr, who worked extensively with Hans Zimmer in the past, has composed music for more than 25 feature films in addition to his television experience. The Topanga Canyon-based composer has worked with some of the most highly respected directors, including Alan Ball and gore-horror master Eli Roth.
