Today, the total number of people forcibly displaced from their homes has reached some 60 million. The REFUGEE exhibition illuminates the global scale of this humanitarian crisis through art. Five internationally acclaimed photographers--Lynsey Addario, Omar Victor Diop, Graciela Iturbide, Martin Schoeller and Tom Stoddart--documented the lives of the displaced on five continents. Their images capture the full range of the refugee experience in images that reflect the courage, strength, hope and beauty that endure even in the face of harsh, even terrifying conditions.
