Top Chefs in West Hollywood

Culinary talent is truly on display in the city of West Hollywood, where you can see many of the acclaimed chefs you've come to know on television working hard behind the scenes at their own Los Angeles restaurants.

Perhaps the best-known is the chef who helms popular seafood eatery Connie & Ted's: Top Chef Masters' Season 1's own Michael Cimarusti. From an enormous selection of oysters to two kinds of lobster rolls, fans flock to Connie & Ted's to see what this famous talent will come up with next.

Over on the Sunset Strip you can find Elia Aboumrad of Top Chef Season 2 at charcuterie and wine bar Gorge, which also boasts the pairing talents of a Master Sommelier, of whom there are less than 200 in the world. Aboumrad's friend, pastry chef Uyen Nguyen, adds her touch with Saint Honore pastries.

Down the road you'll also find Brian Malarky of Top Chef Season 3 and The Taste at the soon-to-open Herringbone inside the chic Mondrian Hotel, where he's expected to bring ultra-sophisticated dishes made with farm-fresh produce and fresh-caught seafood.
